Really great service and excellent communication. Would be 5 star but I asked if out parcel could be left with neighbour due to parcels going missing off my front and it was left on my front. Luckily, neighbour took parcel in for me. Other than that cannot fault service.

I like original gifts so I decided to draw and print a birthday manga for my sister <3 I chose Mixam as I read happy reviewes online and that was BRILLIANT IDEA!! I highly recommend the service, everything was perfect, from easy creating process, through order and communication with a stuff, to the very quick delivery! The quality of the product is absolutely lovely, also I'm 100% delighted by the process of creating - free 3d Preview for right or left binding, and very helpful staff - everything so easy! Also I received couple more copies for free, it's super lovely as I can work on it further too! Moreover, I got free PDF of my job - super cool! Fantastic service! Quality of the printing was top notch and price was very competitive. Only issue I had was contacting the company, I had a query, which I emailed to them and I did not receive a reply. Other than that, great website and beautiful cards to give away at my art exhibition

This is a great company. The production is excellent and the turn-round time is very impressive. The most useful facility is the easy-to-use interface which allows easy re-ordering of pages prior to production. The prices, too, are impossible to beat. I was looking for a printer that could offer quality products at fair prices, and Mixam ticked both boxes. I needed thick workbooks printed for a work project and struggled to find anywhere that could provide stapled booklets for my size books. With the current Covid-19 circumstances, price was very important in my decision making of printer, which is why I was wanting stapled workbooks, but it was also important that the books were well made with a professional finish. The process of ordering was super quick and easy, it was great to see the workbooks on the screen from a simple upload and it picked up any errors automatically. Communication was great throughout and they were delivered within 4 days of ordering. The finished products were fantastic, so pleased with how they turned up. Will definetely be ordering from Mixam again!

tl; dr This is my second set of zines from Mixam, and I'm thrilled again with final result. About me and what I use Mixam for: —I am a poet/collage artist that prints zines. —I keep my printing costs <$150 per batch (usually 30-40 copies per batch) Other printing options are often too expensive given that I end up giving these away for free or donating the proceeds. —I am not a trained designer; I don't know how to use InDesign, so I rely on Canva. —My zine content includes poetry/prose, collages, color photography, and lots of full bleeds and saturated colors. About my rating: I'm not a designer and was having an upload issue where a mysterious white bar was cutting across a design, and the Mixam team helped me better prepare it for print. The Mixam team also applied the bleed for me. Every other printer has not only been unhelpful in the formatting for print process (which even if you're a trained designer is complex!), but often times they are rude to me about it. Mixam's customer service is so friendly and helpful. I felt seen as a zine artist instead of scoffed at for not being a professional designer. The zines arrived right on time and looked absolutely gorgeous. The gloss cover and pages make it feel like a real magazine. My constructive feedback: I don't see that Mixam offers a print on demand feature. So if you like buying one copy at a time or sending people to a link where they can, you'll have to resort to buying a batch and keeping on hand.

The online ordering interface is super straightforward and for the print process issues I was less used to, I got help when I needed it within the same day. very helpful staff and rapid processing of my order. delivered the brochures before estimated date. quality wise when it comes to print, ink, paper - top! one page in my brochures was a bit smudged on one side, most likely due to lots of black ink used with white page, but must be my deisgn fault.

Over delivered on test print. Generally impressive so far.

Ordered a test print to check out quality - expected to receive 2 copies...but they sent 7! I am v happy with quality and service so far, intend to use them for all my diverse printing needs from now on, not just based on this but also the simplicity of the site, the ability to easily do proofs, the range of products on offer and the extrement reasonable prices.

Yearbook print file setup information

How to supply your print files: You can supply your files in a way that suits you - as single pages or spreads, individual files for each page, or as a single combined file.
Important - your cover: Your cover is made up of four pages - a front cover, an inside front cover, a back cover, and an inside back cover.
Bleed: We ask for a 1/8" bleed on all comic books. Please do not include any important content within this area.
Binding: The binding options available for comic books are: saddle stitched or stapled, and perfect bound.
Please note:: These available binding options are entirely dependent upon the number of pages and paper weight selected for your order. This is because there comes a point where the combined paper thickness is too much to effectively staple or stitch together, and will instead need to be held together by adhesive (otherwise known as ‘perfect binding’).; The opposite is true if there are too few pages for perfect binding to work. Our dynamic ordering system is smart enough to know when a limit has been reached, and will automatically switch to the required binding option.
Spine (for Perfect Binding): If you choose perfect binding you have the option to upload the spine as a separate print file. The spine depth is calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. If you do not upload a print file for your spine it will be left blank.; The spine will also need a 1/8" bleed at the top and bottom.
Completing your order: Before you can complete your order, you must make sure all page placeholders have been completed. For example, if you are ordering 32 pages, all 32 boxes must be filled. If you do not have enough content, you must add blank pages.
