The print quality was great

The print quality was great. User interface very poor experience as it could not load a full file and was difficult to make corrections without unloading and reloading the whole thing. Turn around time was great. The one thing that made this a four star was that they short ordered me with no notification. After many back and forth emails, they have committed to correcting this issue and are sending the missing pieces. I await the outcome.

My order in September was the same as in April. The price have increased by 21 % in six month. I know that every industries have to adjust their price, but 21% is abusive.

I much prefer talking to someone on the phone than via webchat, but I have to say, Mixam made the experience of chat-based customer service sooooo simple and effective! Their agents were super helpful, and fast. There was a pretty unfortunate situation with shipping, where a couple orders didn't send out, but Mixam redeemed the issue by handling the mix up quickly, once it was identified. The prints themselves are high quality, vibrant, and beautiful - everything you'd hope for.
