I'm in love with my order!

I first placed a test print, it wasn't cheap, but I understand why that is. I loved the quality of it and it allowed me to understand what changes to make for my final product. I then ordered 140 copies of my photo book and within my release weekend was able to sell enough copies to cover my printing cost! Everyone has commented on the quality of the print and continue to ask me where I got it done! super satisfied

I had a book recently printed that I have had printed locally before. I was nervous about getting this copy as I am not accustomed to signing off on work sight unseen.

I need not have worried. It arrived today, on time, wonderfully packaged and the quality exceeded ALL expectations.

I feel much MUCH better about the order of 175 and 50 books I just placed and will be a customer for many years to come.

I was in charge of compiling our (5 siblings) family story....lots of text and pictures...and ever expanding. I made good use of the "chat" feature. There was always someone around to help out...promptly. I appreciated the fact that there were no deadlines. I was free to review/edit/delete/add material as the project grew and with the preview feature, I knew exactly what the final product would look like before I finally placed my order. The cost was much lower than I had expected and I could order as many or as few copies as needed. I am very pleased with the finished product which arrived when promised. I have no experience with other printing companies so cannot make comparisons....but Mixam far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. I did have a few problems initially with figuring out how to navigate the site, but, as noted earlier...help was always at hand.

This was my first time making a book. 100 pages turned out to be a bit overwhelming. So much to learn. I ran into some problems uploading my pages especially the book cover/spine. The designers were very helpful and encouraged me each step of the way. I am really pleased with the final product which actually arrived a day earlier than projected. I had been nervous about how the colours would turn out but they are fabulous. Thank you!

The book I received was well constructed and on time and the customer service both by "messages" and by phone call were helpful and provided me with the information I needed to prepare the book for printing. I am well satisfied with this company, so much so, I have ordered two more times.

My book came out amazing. I ordered the heaviest paper, with a glossy dust jacket, Wow so nice. I had a few glitches with the layout procedure but in the end it all worked out well

A very professional service that exceeded my expectations. The satin finish on the paper stock used for the cover and pages has a luxurious feel that makes reading the book a tactile experience. My book has many illustrations in it, some of which require heavy ink coverage, and I was happy that the 100# coated paper stock showed zero bleedthrough or wrinkling. Customer Service was quick to answer any of my questions. Highly recommended.

On time, quality as expected

Shipment delay announced just before original planned shipment date. Timing was critical to me on this product and I had built in a little bit of slack in the schedule in case of a minor delay. This was not the product arriving a day or two later than scheduled...

This gave no time for contingency planning and implementation on the customer's part. Better forecasting and communications on unexpected delays in completing the project should be mandatory.

Was the delay due to supply chain issues? Customer could have changed to a different material to help make the due date etc.

Was the problem due to mechanical issues with equipment? Again, give customer a head's up!

Amazing service with a very user-friendly interface. It was a pleasure to build my own book. Customer service responded fast and professionally, ensuring my book was ready on time. I was thrilled to receive it. Totally worth the money spent.

The only thing I’d like to point out is that I would have appreciated a preview of the cover. Unfortunately, there was no such option.
