Highly disliked the time it took to arrive (15 day) Also the lining of the pages isn’t correct

We recently needed samples of our brand-new books rush printed before an upcoming convention. After much research, I settled on Mixam. It was an easy process from beginning to end, and the friendly, patient team at Mixam assisted me in fixing our files according to the print specifications. I was concerned that our books wouldn't arrive in time, but even after the delay on my end with providing new files, the books were delivered on the exact day quoted — less than two weeks after I placed the order! Plus, the print quality of the books was even better than I expected. I'd like to give a HUGE thank you to Mixam, and I'll absolutely be using their services in the future. Cheers!

The prices are wonderful as well as the ability to make smaller orders if needed .. but the uncertainty of when your order will arrive kinda feels like Amazon & they even do a better job of customer support . There should be more communication from this company to costumers we shouldn’t have to go unanswered , keep calling for updates , or just not know what’s happening . There should be more accuracy on shipping dates not an “ estimate ” that’ll possibly mislead someone . I’ve seen on other reviews that this company recommends calling them to let them know that you have a deadline for your order which is basically contradicting when your “ estimate delivery date ” was already pushing it for the deadline . I placed my order 5/18 .. after 2 days of communication with customer support the order was sent to production on 5/21 . The website clearly states 4 DAY PRODUCTION TIME , estimated delivery date 5/30 . Yesterday was 5/26 . Due to the fact the website still states “ sent to production ” I had to call to get an update on what was happening with my order . I was told my order was complete and that I would be receiving shipment information by the end of the day . Never to be received . Today 5/27 , I call and I’m told something completely different basically wait until Monday 5/29 , possibly 5/30 ( THE ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE ) for them to get in contact with production to see what’s happening with the order . It’s dragging out . The uncertainty is out of control . Seems customers have to do more work to actually make sure they get their products vs. trusting in a really good company . Pretty sure I’ll be getting my order late atp . I wouldn’t mind using them again but I hope they improve on this . I just want my order . Love the company though .

Love my coloring books! Paper has nice weight and feel.

Quality and communication with the company was outstanding. Only challenge was quoted timeline for delivery wasn't met. Overall very happy with product and support along the way.

Cover quality and print quality of pages is excellent! Staff was very responsive. There were just a few things to learn about the automatic computer-generated pre-flight process. Everyone loves their books!

This is the place you want to go. The prices were the best I could find, and the quality is outstanding! They worked with me through the bleed issues in my art until it was absolutely perfect. Every employee correspondence was timely and just plain awesome. If you're going to spend your hard earned money on a book, do it with Mixam.

This has been my third or fourth time ordering from Mixam and I always recommend them! Their quality is great, customer service is extremely helpful and they helped me see a mistake in the book before it was printed so I was able to fix it. Our yearbook turned out great thanks to their excellent printing!
