We asked Rami to take part in a quick Q&A and to ask him more about the business and his vision for Mixam's future:

Rami, what makes Mixam different from other online print services?

Well, online print is a combination of a product and a service. Mixam developed cutting-edge technology and combined it with the expertise of our people. We removed barriers, making high-quality print accessible to everyone. Our software makes it easy to upload different file types, and our Customer Support team can help our customers at every stage of the process. The marriage of technology and people tackles the technical barrier that some customers may encounter. And with an efficient process, we increase efficiency in the production environment. This means we can offer attractive prices while maintaining high quality, prices and service without compromise.

What are some of the main challenges that Mixam faces and how do you plan to address them?

One challenge we have is scaling our business globally without losing our high product and service standards. It's also vital that we continue to promote our culture and values.? But we can tackle these challenges with hard work, working as best we can.

Do you have any plans for Mixam's future?

Mixam has an exciting future ahead. We plan to increase our product range and add more services. in new, intuitive ways. We will keep lowering those barriers! Our long-term goal is to allow different vendors to get their products to the online market.
