We have ordered two books with Mixam. Customer service couldn't be better. Turnaround was reliable. The online ordering system is very good, including the system that helps you visualize the layout of all your pages and communicate that well before submitting the order. Printers, including Mixam, are experiencing paper shortages, which made the quoting and onboarding system have an extra step of emailing back and forth and waiting for review before I could complete my larger order. They couldn't honor my first quote, but we were able to change the order and get things done within budget. It was all a transparent process.

I was working on a booklet for our school's Athletic Banquet, and thought I was in way over my head. The Mixam staff was amazing!!! They gave me some pointers to get started. I worked for a couple weeks compiling pics and laying them out with another software. Then Mixam worked their magic. They shared the good, the bad and the ugly. They made recommendations for some changes to ensure a good quality product, and in the end we had an AMAZING booklet for every athlete to cherish. I will use Mixam for any custom print orders I ever need. Many parents asked how we were able to make such a great booklet on our budget. I told them I used a company called Mixam and wouldn't go anywhere else. Great assistance from Tim and Mary!!! You rock!
