The quality of the printing is amazing! I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely order here again!
The only constructive feedback I have is with the delivery, which I understand is quite out of your control but it took sooooo long. Plus it was delayed which is really the only downside.

Pretty happy with Mixam! The built-in design tool was super useful for a beginner like me. Loss one star because one of the three copies we ordered has a slight defect, all the photos on the right pages came out quite blurry because one or more of the print layers didn't align with the other layers. This is most likely a printer error, so I understand that there's not much that can be done about it...Overall, still a very well constructed hard cover photo book.

Great experience! Faster shipping than expected, and delivery was cheaper then my previous orders, which I really appreciate since corporate greed has squeezed finances to oblivion in the hellish landscape of late stage capitalism. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to print a run of their books or comics!

Great product/service, printed a hardcover book which turned out great! It was just challenging to get the cover in the format that I wanted! Consider having a word document template for the cover! Other than that would definitely recommend for your printing needs!

I have ordered from Mixam a few times and the quality has always met my expectations. The image quality and binding is solid, and the paper quality is good too. Shipping is quick as well. Just as a side note to improve- might be nice to have some more recycled/eco-friendly paper options!

I wanted to make a children's book out of a few stories my sister wrote. I am 60, and not very tech savvy. So I looked around extensively for a site that I could use. And Mixam looked like the simplest and most intuitive. I was right. The online instructions were relatively simple and the requirements quite flexible. And best of all, if I got stuck, I was always able to get help immediately from a live person on the phone, who was not only expert, but patient with me. Then, when I was done and my order sent in, the finished product arrived sooner than expected, and the quality of it was unexpectedly above my expectations. And all this for a very reasonable cost. I definitely recommend this service.

I'm in love with my order!

I first placed a test print, it wasn't cheap, but I understand why that is. I loved the quality of it and it allowed me to understand what changes to make for my final product. I then ordered 140 copies of my photo book and within my release weekend was able to sell enough copies to cover my printing cost! Everyone has commented on the quality of the print and continue to ask me where I got it done! super satisfied

They communicated to make sure the format was correct. The books turned out exactly how I wanted and were pretty good quality. Colours were vibrant and don’t seem like they will bleed.

I was in charge of compiling our (5 siblings) family story....lots of text and pictures...and ever expanding. I made good use of the "chat" feature. There was always someone around to help out...promptly. I appreciated the fact that there were no deadlines. I was free to review/edit/delete/add material as the project grew and with the preview feature, I knew exactly what the final product would look like before I finally placed my order. The cost was much lower than I had expected and I could order as many or as few copies as needed. I am very pleased with the finished product which arrived when promised. I have no experience with other printing companies so cannot make comparisons....but Mixam far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them. I did have a few problems initially with figuring out how to navigate the site, but, as noted earlier...help was always at hand.

This was my first time making a book. 100 pages turned out to be a bit overwhelming. So much to learn. I ran into some problems uploading my pages especially the book cover/spine. The designers were very helpful and encouraged me each step of the way. I am really pleased with the final product which actually arrived a day earlier than projected. I had been nervous about how the colours would turn out but they are fabulous. Thank you!

The book I received was well constructed and on time and the customer service both by "messages" and by phone call were helpful and provided me with the information I needed to prepare the book for printing. I am well satisfied with this company, so much so, I have ordered two more times.
